Protecting our environment and reducing unnecessary transport are among our most important goals at rostig. That's why we not only focus on high-quality, durable products, but also want to make the return process more sustainable.

Every decision counts – including yours.

To avoid returns, we ask you to:

Return policy

In order for a return to be possible, the product must be returned with proof of purchase or order number.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([Your Name], [Your Address], [Your Telephone Number], [Your Email Address]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that are:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;

  • for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
