General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Lingulux
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.rostig.ch . The contracting party is:

2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent immediately after submission and does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or by delivering the goods within five days.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the prices shown, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart, and on the order page.
4. Delivery conditions
Delivery is available within Germany. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 5-7 business days. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.
Order tracking: You can track your order using the provided order tracking button. We will also inform you when your product has been shipped.
5. Payment terms
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit card : Your credit card will be charged upon completion of your order.
PayPal : You pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us.
Instant bank transfer : We also offer instant bank transfer. With this method, we receive the payment immediately, which speeds up the entire ordering process.
Our standard currency is the Euro (€). Payments in other currencies may incur conversion fees.
In case of failed payments, a refund will be issued within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Orders can be cancelled up to 6 hours after placement. However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find more information in our cancellation policy .
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional warranties and their exact terms can be found with the product and on dedicated information pages in the online shop.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless mandatory legal provisions dictate otherwise. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
